Is Caller Tune from Humshakals really copied from Bengali song Soniye tu Janiye Tu ?

I have been listening & reading the news from morning that Humshakals song " Callertune " is copied from  Bengali song " Soniye tu Janiye Tu " .  Rishi Chanda The composer of Soniye tu Janiye Tu claims that Callertune is similr to his compoosed song Soniye tu Janiye Tu .The song is from a bengali movie titled Khokhababu. Rishi Chanda said the makers of Humshakals should give him credit for the song otherwise he will take action against Humshakals  makers . Himesh Reshammiya the music director of Humshakals has not clarified the matter yet . 

After listening to the song  Soniye tu Janiye Tu , I hardly found any matches between the two songs . The hook line of Humshakal's Caller Tune matches with the string line of the Bengali song Soniye tu Janiye Tu only , rest of the song is totally different from the Bengali song . Its Something like : 

Caller Tune Baby ,  Caller Tune Baby , Caller Tune Baby , Caller Tune .....

Mon Je Haralo , Du hat baralo , Je tor chua Pete ...............

Those lines are the only similarity i found  between the two songs . Himesh Reshammiya who has composed many songs in Bollywood &  very well  known for delivering original & hit songs . He can even turn any lyrics into song instantly as we have seen in Comedy Nights with Kapil  No.1 TV Show of India .

I don't personally think that Himesh would copy a song from any movie & give it to any film as his own composed song and there is no big matches between the songs . It could be accidentally matched with the Bengali song's hook line . I m waiting for Himesh Reshammiya's clarification . He would better describe what actually  happened with the song  Caller Tune .
