Director Vikas Bahl whose first film Queen was Super-Hit has declared his next Project.The film is titled Shandaar and its most shooting will be done in Europe. Vikas is very excited for the project and now the Director has approached Govinda for this project .Apparently not for the main lead but for playing Father of Alia Bhatt.Govinda who is already playing Ranbir Kapoor's father in Anurag Basu's flim Jagga jasoos is happy with the Vikas's script.He liked his role which is short but very important and also a comic one.It seems that The actor has finally now realized that he is not that perfect now for the lead roles as he was in 90's. When Govinda was asked about the his role in Shandaar movie he said "I've received a narration. It would be unprofessional to divulge any details at this point." Lets hope he will entertain us in father's role as he did very successfully in playing the main leads in Bollywood.

Ritesh Deshmukh to replace comedian Kapil Sharma in Yash Raj Film's 'Bank Chor'

Ritesh Deshmukh who is riding on new heights of stardom after blockbuster success of his latest release Ek Villian has grabbed another big project.Reported Yash Raj Films has approached the actor to play the main lead in their Film 'Bank Chor'. The Film was earlier planned with Comedian Kapil Sharma but YRF finally decided change the plan as they waited so much to start the movie but Kapil was arguely not fully involved in project and was very happy with his comedy show. Meanwhile Ritesh has liked the script very much and is very excited for the project.Though Ritesh has proved that he can do any genre expertly but Bank Chor is reportedly all & out comedy flick and with this Ritesh Deshmukh will be returning to the genre he has expertised over the years. YRF Films on the hand is happy to have Ritesh for Bank Chor and believes that The actor will definitely take the movie to another level of comedy.

Slowly all winners names were coming and a Breaking news from the awards was best Playback Singer female award goes to Young melody queen of Bollywood Palak Mucchal. She was nominated in that category for the Popular song Ice cream from the movie The Xpose composed by Himesh Reshammiya. Humshakals first day Box Office collections are good !!

This week new release is Director Sajid Khan's multi Starer flick Humshakals. The movie is opening with mixed to poor responses by critics but we know that Sajid Khan movies are strictly prohibited for critics and their reviews.As his movies are for the audience who wants to come, enjoy and forget. Humshakals has released on nearly 3000 screens and is the third widest release of the year after Jai Ho and Holiday - A Soldier on Duty.Talking about its first day response on box office news is that after mixed response in morning shows the movie picked up decently till night show and it is heading for a solid first day total and is sure to cross 10 crore nett and may even possibly go to 11 crore nett which would be a decent result for the film.

According to reports as expected the film has fared best in Mumbai circuit with Gujarat having the best and most other circuits have also fared pretty well on day one. The multiplex collections are very similar to what Holiday - A Soldier Is Never Off Duty had on its first day. The single screens are lower than Holiday - A Soldier Is Never Off Duty as that film had the star power of Akshay Kumar at mass centers but the costs are also lower with Humshakals so if multiplexes do well on Saturday and the families come out on Sunday it will eventually do well at the box office.

As They say 'No Gain Without Pain' This saying is now fitting best to Kapil Sharma and his fans because Kapil who is all set to make debut on Silver Screen is now has informed that the Show will go off air from September."Comedy Nights With Kapil" is set to go off air from September, but will return with everything new, tweeted the show's host and producer Kapil Sharma Sunday. As I mentioned in my earlier article about Comedy Nights with Kapil that there were reports about Kapil planning on doing the show once a week instead of twice as he would be busy with Yash Raj Films' "Bank Chor". But the Colors channel, on which the comedy show is aired, is said to have refused his request.

So , It seems that forced stand-up comedian ti made up his mind and shared the information about bringing the curtain down on the show through his tweet :

"Comedy nights" is going off air from september.. V will come back with new characters n new set.. Till den.. Keep smiling ,” Kapil posted on Twitter handle Sunday. “Thank u so much for Your love for comedy nights. Keep smiling and stay happy ,” he added.

The channel refused to comment on that as of Now. The show has been witnessed by celebrities like Lata Mangeshkar, Amitabh Bachchan ,Salman,Shahrukh,Akshay Kumar and many Superstars and Artists.

Colors Channel Refused to compromise with Comedy Nights With Kapil

Comedy King Kapil Sharma who is entering Silver Screen with Big banner like 'Yash Raj Films' is now finding himself In Uncomfortable situation.His idea to cut the work load from his popular show 'Comedy Nights With Kapil' and give some more time to his debut movie 'Bank Chor' is turned down by the Channel behind the Show. Kapil wanted the show to be aired on television once in a week while he is shooting for the movie. But if the Industry sources are to be belief Colors Channel has refused to turn the show into a once-a-week affair. Obviously the reason for that is Kapil’s and the show’s popularity that the channel has decided not to lessen the show’s weekly telecast . The idea of shooting surplus episodes has also fallen through. Kapil told media persons that

 “I can’t create a bank of episodes for two months when I shoot my film because all the stars who come on my show do so when they are promoting their films. I can’t tell them, ‘Aap pehle aa jao kyonki meri film shooting hai (Come earlier because I am busy shooting my film).’ Kapil Sharma says he is looking for a way out. “Luckily for me, my film’s shooting is delayed by a few months because the rest of the casting is not complete. But sooner or later,I’ll have to face this problem. Maybe get a clone created and call the show ‘Hum Aapke Hain…Clone .

Box Office Report : Holiday Heads towards becoming a Hit !!

The box office Summer was Expected to start heating up with the Superstar Akshay Kumar big budget Movie Holiday which is released in more than 3000 screens in India and 4000 screens worldwide this Friday !! But Contrast to the Expectations This South Remake had an Average Collections on First Day of 12.18 crores talking on account its big Budget.

And on Saturday also the movie Showed marginal growth only collecting 12.30 crores on its second day of release.On the other Hand one more movie released this Friday which is small budget flick Flimistaan and had a disastrous First day collections on first day of 51 lacs.But on Second day it does the wonders and biz doubled on Saturday and it collected 1.04cr. which is Excellent.On Sunday Filmistaan Super strong word of mouth kept it steady with collections of 1.26cores and Holiday on the other hand also Witnessed a fantastic growth collecting 16.80 crores.Talking its weekend collections to a respectable figure of more than 40 crored and now if movie passes Monday test and than hold on accordingly in weekdays it may gross more than 100 crores in lifetime and emerge a Hit !!

Anchor, actor and director Sajid Khan, who has hosted a string of shows and events throughout his career, is set to return to TV as a host on the small screen. The director, who is ready with his next film Humshakals, will be doing a special show " Humshakal Hasee Housefull " to be aired on STAR Plus.

 The show will have the stars of his movie - Saif Ali Khan, Riteish Deshmukh, Ram Kapoor, Esha Gupta and Tamannaah. While Esha Gupta and Tamannaah will be dancing to the songs from the film which are already hit and is composed by Bollywood hit Machine Himesh Reshammiya!!

The heroes will do mimicry and indulge in stand-up comedy. The one-hour special will be aired Sunday. Interestingly, Bipasha Basu, who is part of the film too, will be missing from the special show due to a personal engagement. Humshakals, releasing June 20, is a fun-filled drama. Sajid said his stint on the telly helped him etch out certain characters for Humshakals. "I had this idea for quite some time. Some second and third characters played by the three actors in the film are similar to things I have done on TV. So I was at ease writing them," he said !!

Eros International announces Action Jackson release date !! Action Jackson which is directed by Prabhu Deva and starring Ajay Devgn,Sonakshi Sinha was till now considered to be postponed to 2015 but The Makers of the movie has finally announced that the movie will have no further delay and will have a Grand release in this year on 7 November !! This Prabhu Deva's mass entertainer was slated to be release on June but due to the Clash with Akshay kumar Holiday Producers decided to delay its release and then news was that Ajay Devgnn wants to complete Singham-2 which is slated to release on 15 August this year first so Action Jackson may release in 2015 .But  Eros has now ended all the Rumors .The movie has Music by Devgnn's new Favorite Himesh Reshammiya who gave Super-Hit music in actor's earlier flicks like Son of Sardaar and Bol Bacchan !!
