The iconic jodi Shah Rukh and Kajol to reunite again in DDLJ remake

Back in 1995, director Aditya Chopra’s Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge turned out to be one of the greatest hits Bollywood had seen. According to a leading daily, Aditya Chopra has decided to remake his biggest hit ever 'Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge' based on current timeline. Which means Bollywood's favorite jodi SRK-Kajol will be seen together again on-screen after their last film together ‘My Name is Khan’.

The source says ,the working title is Dulhaniya Chali Dilwale Ke Sath, and Aditya Chopra will be directing it. The name is subject to change, depending on the lyrics of the title song.
The insider further says that: “Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol who starred in the original will be seen in cameo roles, but won’t share screen space.”TV actor Farhan Khan from the show Chhanchhan is rumored to play the male lead, supposedly reprising Shah Rukh’s role from the original. Newbie actor Mahika Sharma is being considered for Kajol’s part. Boman Irani will be seen in Anupam Kher’s role and Paresh Rawal in Amrish Puri’s role will also be part of the film.

The makers are planning to shoot a song in Malaysia.


Though none from the YRF camp has denied the rumors so far, but if true will the audience to witness the biggest love saga reprise again.
