Makey Makey : Turn fruit, animals and humans into keyboards

This one is amazing, Keyboard made of Banana!!

Have you ever think of using keyboard made of fruits. Can you imagine that?? You don’t have to imagine because it’s real now. According to the news of BBC “Jay Silver & Eric Rosenbaumat” Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) has made it possible. “Makey Makey” a kit has developed by them .It’s quite amazing!!  The two friends created a keyboard with Banana. Buzz is that they can turn fruit, animals and even humans into keyboards. The amount of current used in the equipment is very low so it’s not detectable when connected to the human body or animals. Just imagine you pressed a fruit and a letter appeared in your Monitor. Isn’t it funny? The invitation is called “Makey Makey” by them. Anyone can use the banana keyboard in their computer using USB Cable. The project has already received more than $440,000 in funding. The disclosed that they are getting many offers to collaborate with companies & paid services. This kind of technology will make kids curious to know about Science & Technology very easily.

Michael Jackson & Himesh Reshammiya Connection : Pep Figueiredo

I was shooting at Filmalaya Studio on the 25th of June 2009 for “Radio " where Himesh Reshammiya's (HR) manager comes to me on set and tells me that HR had summoned me to the vanity and that he had some really sad news to give me. I rushed to the vanity and HR was standing at the door of the vanity van and in a very sad tone stated, " Pep.. You won’t believe what happened today.. ..Michael Jackson expired. " My heart skipped a beat... I was extremely shocked. I didn’t know how to react at that point of time and HR too seemed very disturbed by what happened.

HR then immediately asked me, “Where was MJ from?” To which I immediately answered, “Gary... in Indiana " I felt he didn’t get it at first so I told him I would give him an entire dump on the life and times of MJ from Wiki where I read about MJ. Shaking his head in shock HR returned to his vanity.

A year later, I get a call from HR. He invites me to his place for a meeting. I take Chitra along for the meeting. At the meeting, he tells us that he was starting an International venture of his own and wanted me to be a part of that project.

Unfortunately I couldn’t be a part of that project since I had just recently joined Mindshare's Film Division for Unilever. I really wish I could have worked with HR on that project. As Chitra and me were leaving, we discussed " Kajraare " with HR and how HR shouldn’t release it alongside " Dabangg ". Well that was a different story.

Two years later, I see a newsflash on TV about HR's new venture titled " A Star is Killed " and to my shock the plot of the film revolved around MJ's death. I was extremely touched at HR's gesture and how much he felt for MJ. Hats off to him leaving aside whatever the critics might have to say about this project. HR had done it again.

Himesh Reshammiya is international now!!

Himesh is international now with " @ Da Edge "

It has been long time Himesh Reshammiya declared to release his international album which will release across 122 countries. There are 15 tracks in the album sung & composed by him.

He even penned the lyric of entire album. Fifteen international artists will collaborate with Himesh for fifteen songs for the international album called “@ Da Edge” Some names like Edward Maya & Lil Wayne has been already disclosed. The recent article posed in Mumbai Mirror on 29^{th June} disclosed the name of first single from the album which is “I am Dangerously in Love with you”. The first single was supposed to be “I have been waiting for you so long” but now Himesh decided to release another song as first single.  There must be some reason behind this. It could be like a biggest artist more than Edward Maya has collaborated with Himesh Reshammiya for that song and Himesh wants to step in the international music with something very big. Himesh Reshammiya also said that he will join social network after the release of @ Da Edge. Its's a very good news for us !!

I think it’s going to be something very biggest than expected by his fans. He want to release his international album as international artists does.  He even talked about Priyanka Chopras international album in Music day special program telecasted by ZOOM TV.  He said Priyana Chopra is very talented and doing good but it should be something biggest. He gave his fans a clear idea that how biggest his international album going to be. I guess he has collaborated with a very biggest artist for his first single “I am dangerously in love with you”.  Faridoon Shahriyar of Bollywood Hungama recently tweeted about Himesh Reshammiya international album claiming that he has already heard few tracks from the International album and the songs are hilarious with awesome vocal & Music. He also revealed that Himesh want to promote the album in a big way. The album is all ready to release, Himesh is just waiting for the right time to release it . The album should be released soon as I feel.  It’s only time to wait for the album with patient because now we are going to be international. I wish hardy will be a person   in Bollywood who can catch Himesh Reshammiya after the release of his rocking international album “@ Da Edge”.
